Software Tools for Modeling, Computation, and Visualization in Medicine

In this paper we describe modeling, computation, and visualization software tools applied to problems in computational medicine. We focus the application of these software tools on a class of bioelectric eld problems which arise in electrocardiog-raphy and electroencephalography.
